Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Westminster, London. CBW is currently recruiting a Senior Fabric Engineer to be based across a commercial portfolio in Westminster, London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic carpentry and painting. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £43,000, overtime and further training.

- Monday to Friday 08:00 am 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Painting & Decorating
- Basic lighting
- Fixing Furniture
- Hanging Pictures & Shelves
- Maintain and update Log books
- Assist the maintenance team on site
- Arranging sub-contractors
- Organising quotes
- Liaising with the team to ensure work is complete to a high standard
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to
- To undertake basic Fabric duties which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of most building fabric duties
- Good communication skills
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
