Salter Grange are partnered with a specialist consultancy who are expanding and so are seeking passionate professionals to join their dynamic team. As a Structural Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their projects and contributing to their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and design calculations, pushing the boundaries of structural engineering
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Ensure the highest standards by checking and validating the work of your peers
  • Implement business management systems and assist in preparing competitive fee bids
  • Take charge of projects from inception to completion, including invoicing and client interactions
  • Play a key role in the training and appraisal of technical staff, nurturing the next generation of engineers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Proven experience in UK structural design and analysis
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Tekla Structural Designer and SCIA Engineer
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Chartered Engineer status is desirable but not essential
