Job Title: Technical Operations Engineer (Shift)
Salary: £50,000 + 10% bonus

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Operations Engineer with experience in HV switching or HV Authorised Person (AP) certification to join a dynamic team in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible for maintaining and fault-finding on critical and non-critical infrastructure to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on critical building infrastructure.
- Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to issues promptly.
- Perform routine inspections and site checks to maintain health and safety compliance.
- Provide first-line response to building services issues and escalate where necessary.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work complies with safety and statutory requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in HV switching or HV AP certification.
- Knowledge of critical building systems (electrical, mechanical, and fabric).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
