Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Operations Engineer with experience in HV switching or HV Authorised Person (AP) certification to join a dynamic team in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible for maintaining and fault-finding on critical and non-critical infrastructure to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on critical building infrastructure.
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and respond to issues promptly.
  • Perform routine inspections and site checks to maintain health and safety compliance.
  • Provide first-line response to building services issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work complies with safety and statutory requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in HV switching or HV AP certification.
  • Knowledge of critical building systems (electrical, mechanical, and fabric).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
