A vibrant and fast-moving creative agency is looking for a highly organised Studio Coordinator to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio. This role is crucial in creating an efficient, well-organised environment where the team can thrive. As the first point of contact for clients, collaborators, and visitors, the Studio Coordinator will help foster a professional yet friendly atmosphere.

The right candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic and invigorating setting. A proactive approach, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to multitask will be key in this role. Strong communication skills are essential, and the ability to stay organised in a busy creative environment is a must. The position is available immediately for the right person.

Core Responsibilities may include:

  • Oversee the upkeep of the studio’s workspace, ensuring that all areas are organised, presentable, and equipped for meetings or collaborative sessions.
  • Manage schedules, book appointments, and coordinate the team’s travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Track office supplies, ensure inventory is maintained, and liaise with external suppliers for any studio maintenance or service needs.
  • Efficiently handle communications, including phone calls, emails, and post.
  • Assist with organising internal events, preparing refreshments, and supporting various administrative functions.
  • Support the wider admin team with day to day requirements
