The ideal candidate will have around 2 - 5 years of post Part 3 experience, working on medium to large-scale mixed-use projects, both pre and post planning and will have a passion for residential design. You will need to have a solid understanding of UK residential standards, building regulations and statutory requirements. A proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, Lumion and Affinity is highly advantageous.
