An established and well respected, medium sized practice based in the Chelsea area of London, synonymous with bespoke and luxury residential projects, is looking to recruit an Architect. The majority of their work is London based, prime and super prime residential single dwellings, and they consist of extensions, alterations or refurbishments of existing properties, although the occasional new build project will arise. Project values can range from 1M to 45M (and sometimes larger). Their clients have a high net worth and demand the highest quality of design, both traditional and contemporary. This can include basement extensions and listed buildings or work in conservation areas. The projects are very appealing as they allow you to push design boundaries, working with lavish budgets, producing fantastic bespoke architecture.

This role will see you working on super prime residential projects. You will report to the project runner and contribute to the creation of technical drawing packages, transforming design concepts to comprehensive drawing packages for construction. The ideal candidate will have around three years plus post Part III experience, working on bespoke high end residential or commercial projects, in particular at the delivery stages. The practice uses AutoCAD and proficiency is essential. Revit experience would be advantageous however.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in bespoke, luxury residential projects. You will be working on some of the most prestigious homes, providing very technically interesting work. The practice also has a strong social culture including several architecturally focused away days throughout the year.
