My client is looking for a creative Architectural Technician with excellent technical abilities to join their friendly team in Wimbledon. The practice prides themselves on providing advanced, client-led designs across residential and commercial projects. The vibrant team have exciting projects on the horizon and are excited to welcome a new Architectural Technician to the team.
The successful Architectural Technician will have strong technical skills and sufficient experience working across residential projects. You will have the ambition to develop and grow your career whilst providing excellent design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Sufficient experience post qualification
- Residential experience is essential
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient using Revit
- Confidence to progress to managing projects from inception to completion
- Keen to input to continue company growth
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Must live within a commutable distance to Wimbledon
