Bennett and Game are currently representing an award-winning architectural practise based local to Holloway Road Tube station, who are actively looking for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join the team. Specialists within the Residential sector, our client work on a variety of New Builds, Estates and Apartment Buildings, ranging from 5 to 100 units.

Since establishing back in 1950, our client has developed a tight knit team of 10 employees built up of a variety of Technical and design focused candidates. Joining a bespoke architectural practise, the successful Architectural Technologist will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a project, assisting with all aspects of a project. Alongside the benefit of personal progression, our client offers flexible working hours, increasing holiday and the opportunity to influence the company's progression.

Architectural Technologist Job Overview
  • Specialising within the residential sector, working on a variety of small to large scale new builds and refurbishments
  • Managing your own workload and running a projects
  • Producing high-quality design details using Revit on a daily basis
  • Assisting with projects through from RIBA stages 4-7
  • Liaising with clients, other professionals and the wider team on a daily basis
  • Supporting junior members of the team
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
  • Experience working within the Residential sector, preferably within either affordable housing or private developers
  • Proficiency working with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Ability to work across all RIBA stages, technical experience would be beneficial
  • ARB/RIBA Registered
  • Live in a commutable distance of Holloway Road Tube station
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
