Hunter Dunning is now exclusively working a Senior Interior Designer job with an award winning luxury developer in South West London. This unique opportunity will see the successful candidate leading the private clients department, managing projects across all stages and liaising directly with HNWI. Salary of 50,000 - 80,000 fully dependent on experience.

Our client is known for their warm and earthy interiors. Their projects include multi-unit developments and bespoke projects for private clients in the most affluent areas of London. With an ever-growing demand to work on bespoke projects, they are now looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their in-house team on a permanent basis. This person will be solely responsible for all the bespoke projects and will have the opportunity to grow Private Client department of the company.

Role & Responsibilities

- Leading the private project side of the business

- Running all private residential projects from concept to completion

- Managing all client communications

- Reporting to Head of Private Clients

- Developing design concepts and presenting to clients

- FF&E including designing bespoke pieces, researching suppliers and sourcing antiques, artwork and vintage furniture

- Producing plans and technical drawings up to design intent

- Project management

- Liaising with internal and external teams regularly

- Regular site visits to track project progress

- Business development.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years' experience working on luxury residential projects in the UK

- Proven experience liaising directly with HNWI and managing all client communications

- Ability to work and lead teams across all project stages

- Outstanding concept development and client presentation skills

- Strong experience working on all FF&E stages

- Interior architecture knowledge and the ability to produce drawings to design intent

- Knowledge of joinery, furniture and construction detailing

- Project management experience

- Project pitching experience

- Interest and/or experience in business development

- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

- Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 fully DOE
