Design Manager

O'Neill and Brennan are on the search for a immediate Design Manager for a Main Contractor in Central London.

The Project:

• The project is 40m+
• Currently on Stage 4 ( Shortly moving onto Stage 5)
• X1 Current Design Manager on site ( will be working alongside)
• Shell & Core / Fit Out

The Role/ Experience:

• You will be assisting a current design manager on site
• Handing over stages
• You will need to ideally haveShell & Core / Fit Out experience
• 5+ years in Main Contracting
• Need to be immediately available and flexible for a 1st stage interview
• Have expeience with commercial projects

The Salary will be depending on experience, ideally around the 80,000 + Package area.
