Position: Freelance Social Creative Director (Copy/Conceptual)Location: Central London (hybrid)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Freelance Social Creative Directors to join our talent pool. The ideal candidate is a visionary creative leader with extensive experience in social-first campaigns, a deep understanding of the production process, and a strong background in leading teams at top ad agencies. You'll bring strategic and conceptual expertise to the table, helping brands create impactful, platform-specific content that drives engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of innovative social-first campaigns, overseeing both conceptual and copywriting efforts.
  • Guide and mentor creative teams, ensuring high standards and cohesive vision across all projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align creative concepts with brand strategies and objectives.
  • Oversee the entire production process, ensuring seamless execution from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Stay at the forefront of social media trends, and integrate the latest innovations into campaign strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering top-tier work within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Social Creative Director or similar leadership role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social-first campaigns.
  • Proven track record of working at ad agencies and leading creative teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of the production process, from concept development to final execution, and ability to work collaboratively with producers and designers.
  • Ability to travel to Central London for in-person meetings and hands-on project management.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in all major social media platforms and tools, with a keen sense for what drives engagement and performance.
