Mandatory:

  • Analytical approach- Ability to plan and develop project deliverables, capturing the full scope of the product development process on projects.
  • Content management systems- Knowledge of systems used for the creation and modification of digital content.
  • Ability to identify and use appropriate systems based on project/product requirements.
  • Digital media knowledge- Knowledge of the digital media concepts that need to be considered when developing digital media outcomes including but not limited to media types, software resources, influence of design elements, communication purpose, ethics, tools, and techniques used to present content across multiple digital media outcomes, application of digital media standards and conventions, asset management, file management, and naming conventions.
  • Business and products knowledge- Knowledge of client products and strategies, including the ability to understand the look, feel, and voice of the brand. Production process and equipment
  • Knowledge of technical aspects involved in the production including the knowledge for the production process and different types of tools and production equipment to create compelling deliverables and presentations.
  • Project management skills- Ability to effectively prioritize work, display reasonable judgment in setting priorities, and recognizing when help is needed. This includes the ability to determine long-term versus short-term priorities.
