Henry Martin Group are partnered with a Residential Main Contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between 50Mil - 150Mil+
As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on an RC Frame development. You will initially work on the project through PCSA period, before leading the design management during construction through to handover. This contractor works with Blue Chip clients on some of the best residential projects in London. You will report to the Project Director. All projects are located within central London, requiring you to be based full time from site.
Your background will need to include a track record of working on large new build residential projects. If you are a Design Manager with a proven background in this sector and are keen to work for a leading company, this opportunity will be of great interest.
