Design Manager

Are you an experienced Design Manager seeking a new role with a leading tier 1 main contractor who specialise in delivering residential regeneration schemes across London varying in size between 80 and 1000 units.

About the role of Design Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Design lead on a new 450 unit timber frame project which consists of housing and low rise apartment blocks. The role will initially be office based in Central London before transitioning to a site based role in Kent when set is set up.

Requirements for the Design Manager role

  • Experience working in a Design or Technical Management role with a Main contractor or developer
  • Experience working in the residential sector
  • Experience with timber frame and/or traditional build housing
  • Experience with project delivery
  • Relevant industry qualification
