About the role of Design Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Design lead on a new 450 unit timber frame project which consists of housing and low rise apartment blocks. The role will initially be office based in Central London before transitioning to a site based role in Kent when set is set up.
Requirements for the Design Manager role
- Experience working in a Design or Technical Management role with a Main contractor or developer
- Experience working in the residential sector
- Experience with timber frame and/or traditional build housing
- Experience with project delivery
- Relevant industry qualification
