Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Guilford

Salary: £60k-£80k + benefits 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager or an Operations Manager who is ready to take that next step in their career to work with an established high end joinery fit out company.

The company has been established for well over 20 years and in that time have produced the highest bespoke joinery packages for numerous high end fit out projects across London. This role would be suited for a candidate who has ideally had a strong background in carpentry and joinery and progressed within the industry in the production / operations departments 

  • CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Proven track record in a managerial/operations capacity

• Ideally, experience acquired in the field of Joinery/manufactured Joinery

• Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities

• Exceptionally perceptive, with a keen sense of commercial awareness

• Capable of objective evaluation and making impactful decisions

• Familiarity with business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)

• Robust analytical skills

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Proficient in administration, particularly skilled in MS Excel and related software

• Familiarity with subcontracting practices is desirable
