The role involves conducting fire risk assessments, reactive fire prevention, passive fire stopping works, and general maintenance repairs.
Candidates must have a full driving license, and previous social housing experience and an NVQ qualification are desirable.
This is a temporary position with a contract length of 9 months, offering a pay rate of £200.00 per day.
The job requires a commitment to an 8-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday.

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Passive Fire Stopper for a full-time role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

Fire Risk Assessments
Reactive fire prevention
Passive fire stopping works
Finishing
General maintenance repairs in properties
Liaise with tenants/residents

Essential:

Full Driving Licence (Company van & Fuel Card Provided)

Desirable:

Previous Social Housing Experience
NVQ Qualification

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
