As an Asset Management Specialist, you will:

Support the Head of Contracts & Compliance to maintain an accurate asset register with robust change controls.

Assist with proactive closure of actions related to asset management findings from both internal and external audits.

Guide site teams on the importance of timely completion of all remedial actions following audits.

Develop detailed lifecycle models to help our clients understand and manage asset liability and risk across the university estate.

Create clear asset management reports and data insights to help lower risk, reduce costs, and support strategic business objectives.
