Our client, an accountancy and business advisory services firm is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their team.

As Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the administration of private client and corporate financial planning services. You will help the business process new business and service existing clients. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a financial planning business.

Given the importance of this function, you will have relevant experience in regulated financial services, ideally with progress towards CII exams.

Your role will encompass the following:

  • Processing of new business and documentation in line with agreed service standards.
  • Providing support for adviser/ client appointments - including the putting together of meeting pack and quotations.
  • Client Query management
  • Updating systems and producing valuations as needed.
  • Providing administration support and dealing with fees queries.
  • Answering calls and co-ordinating meeting and room bookings
  • Ensuring an electronic filing system is maintained

About you:

  • You will have worked in an administration role previously within financial services, preferably within a Wealth Management or Financial Advisors firm.
  • A broad knowledge of mortgage administration and new business processing would be desirable.
  • You will be an expert planner and able to organise and prioritise with ease.
