Our client is seeking two Asset Managers for a major project in Europe, focusing on the maintenance of Green Assets such as hedgerows, ponds, and grasslands.
Candidates should have experience in either Ecology or Landscape design and maintenance.
The roles involve ensuring compliance with contracts across diverse sites covering 3,500 hectares and over 3 million trees.
These positions are based in London or Birmingham, with site visits required between the two cities.

Our Client is running one of Europe's largest most complex projects.

They are looking for 2 Asset Manager positions which manage the contractor and consultancies advising and carrying out the maintenance of the Green Assets, which include the hedgerows, ponds and grasslands.

You will need experience within either Ecology or Landscape design and maintenance.

The main part of the role will be to ensure compliance to the contracts of a multitude of interesting and varied sites. These roles are covering 3500 hectares of countryside and at leas 3 million trees.

Excellent roles based either from London or Birmingham with site visits between both cities.
