Role Summary

We're looking for a dynamic professional to take a leadership role in our built environment practice, focusing on public affairs, strategic guidance, and business development. This role involves:

  • Client Leadership - Acting as the primary point of contact, delivering strategic insights, and ensuring top-quality work.
  • Business Growth - Expanding our client base and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Team Mentorship - Coaching and guiding junior consultants.
  • Campaign Execution - Leading impactful public affairs and communication campaigns that shape the built environment and drive economic growth.


Key Responsibilities



Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide high-quality strategic advice and analysis.


Team Leadership

  • Mentor and support junior consultants in their career development.
  • Ensure excellence in team deliverables.


Business Development

  • Contribute to marketing efforts and thought leadership.
  • Play a key role in securing new client accounts.


Campaign Execution

  • Lead communications, public affairs, and consultation initiatives.
  • Focus on projects related to planning, development, infrastructure, and local government.


Candidate Profile

We're seeking a motivated professional with:

  • Experience - 6+ years in communications or public affairs, ideally in a consultancy or in-house role.
  • Expertise - Strong track record in account management, campaign delivery, and navigating the built environment sector.
  • Interests - Passion for the built environment, politics, policy, and digital campaigning.
  • Skills - Outstanding writing abilities, attention to detail, and leadership experience.
  • Work Style - Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
