Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for urban development? Do you have a proven track record in delivering successful planning projects? We're seeking an experienced Associate Planning Director to join a leading property consultancy, known for shaping the future of London's built environment.

As part of a dynamic and innovative team, you'll play a key role in driving complex projects, working with a range of high-profile clients, and supporting the continued growth of our planning department.

Key Responsibilities:
路Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with planning policies and regulations.
路Provide expert planning advice to clients across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
路Manage and mentor junior planning staff, fostering their development within the company.
路Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and consultants, to ensure successful project outcomes.
路Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and enhancing client relationships.

Key Requirements:
路RTPI membership or equivalent professional qualification.
路Extensive experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment.
路Strong understanding of the UK planning system, particularly in London.
路Proven track record of managing and delivering complex planning projects.
路Excellent communication and leadership skills.
路Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative.
