Interim Assistant Director of Estates (Soft FM)

Reporting to the Director of Estates and Facilities, the role is responsible for providing the leadership and strategic direction for the delivery of cutting edge operations with overall responsibility for all elements of soft facilities management services. Creating an overall vision for the area of responsibility, the role will lead significant operational and cultural change to considerably enhance how facilities management is delivered to the organisation.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of providing 'best in class’ facilities management services across a comparable prestigious high-public footfall customer facing portfolio. This role will suit professionals with a high level of personal credibility with demonstrable experience in engendering a culture of exceptional delivery at both an operational and strategic level. To be a success in the role we are seeking an individual with outstanding stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills, and who is results focused and customer-centric in approach.

The post is initially offered as a 6 month fix-term contract and will start immediately.
