Job Title: Hard Services Supervisor - Facilities Management

Location: Central London

Salary: £52,000 per annum - Monday Friday: 8am - 5pm + overtime

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated hard services supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background, with a minimum qualification of Level 3 or equivalent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management of technical operations within our facilities management division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review subcontractor RAMS.
  • Supervise contractors and engineers, issuing Authority to Works as needed.
  • Prepare or review RAMS for reactive and remedial works.
  • Perform building services maintenance tasks within competency.
  • Conduct general plumbing tasks.
  • Perform emergency lighting checks.
  • Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly PPM checks (e.g., HVAC, AHUs, FCUs).
  • Handle basic electrical tasks, depending on qualifications and competency.
  • Execute building installation and repair tasks (e.g., carpet fitting, wall repairs, gutter clearance, drainage).
  • Clear and tidy common areas, plant rooms, and storerooms.
  • Repair safety hazards.
  • Install appliances and machines.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers, managing permits and escorting as needed.
  • Manage deliveries of items.
  • Attend to reactive breakdowns.
  • Complete or assist in completing PPM regimes.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate ordering procedures.
  • Take meter readings.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Building Services City & Guild qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Electrical qualification
  • Proficient in ProLogic lighting systems
