Position Overview

The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in the management and growth of our infrastructure team. With the team currently consisting of 9-10 members, this position offers the opportunity to drive team performance, mentor junior staff, and establish processes that ensure operational efficiency. The role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and client engagement skills. This is a classic managerial role with potential for growth into a Director level position.

The Associate Director will be expected to be hands-on in managing the team and client projects, as well as actively participating in business development and strategic decision-making.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team of 9-10 infrastructure professionals, ensuring effective resourcing and workload distribution.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, conducting staff appraisals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Act as the primary client contact within the infrastructure space, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the team, providing mentoring and coaching for professional growth.
  • Ensure the team has the right tools, resources, and processes to deliver high-quality work.
  • Balance team operations management with hands-on technical design (Highways and Drainage).
  • Take responsibility for resource planning, scheduling, and project management.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting project deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategy, growth, and operational improvements.
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives and long-term goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
