Associate Director Role
As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in managing both pre and post contract duties within the healthcare sector. You will work collaboratively within a team of around 20 professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while mentoring junior team members.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the healthcare team on NEC contracts
- Managing pre and post contract activities
- Liaising with NHS clients on major projects
- Supporting and developing junior staff
- Overseeing project budgets and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards
The Associate Director Requirements
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Preferably MRICS qualified
- Proven experience within the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts
- Background working within a private practice or consultancy
- Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
