Role: Associate Director CDM/PD

Location: Central London office – (Hybrid working week) 

Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + Excellent benefits package

Carriera is excited to partner with an independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who operate across 8 offices in the UK with a headcount of 1200+ construction professionals. Due to impressive growth plans and a number of large project wins they are in the position to hire an ambitious and driven associate to join the team out of the London office (hybrid working week promoted) 

Our client works across a varied portfolio of projects within the built environment, with organisations such as Royal Household, Land Securities, and the Crown Estate to name a few. Along with large scale redevelopments of South East London and a £600m mixed used scheme in the heart of the capital.

The business is looking to hire an experience associate with a strong CDM delivery and techinal background to join the team and make an impact on these projects and many more, this is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to join an innovative consultancy during an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Offer a variety of health & safety services to a diverse client base.
  • Ensure that all sites are CDM compliant, and the relevant documentation is in place and in date.
  • Familiar with all associated documentation relating to CDM 2015 e.g CPP’s, PCI’s, H&S file etc.
  • Attend design team and client meetings and advise on risk.
  • Carrying out investigations into all accidents/ incidents, fires and dangerous occurrences.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of H&S, including CDM and Environmental legislation.
  • Carryout site safety inspections and site safety audits.

About you

  • NEBOSH Construction (minimum).
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable).
  • Member to IOSH or APS (desirable).
  • Excellent working knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations.
  • Full UK Driving license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
