  • Working Arrangments:

Hybrid working. My client can be very flexible with office presence. Some members of team chose to work in the office 2 days per week, others choose to work from home predominanetly and attend the office as and when they feel is requried.

About the organisation:

My Client are a well-established, Independent Consultancy looking for an Associate Director of Planning to join them as part of their growth plans over the up-coming years. The consultancy currenlty has 2 offices in the London region with plans to open a third in the South West area. The team work on a hybrid basis providing plenty of flexbility for staff. There is opprtunity to work in the office mutiple days a week or deciding to work remotely with office visits less frequently.

My Client are a multi-disciplinary firm looking after all planning. The team are looking for someone who can bring a wealth of experience and knowledge, alongside the ability to mentor junior staff within the organisation and bring their own client bank with them into the new position.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior planning role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
  • Someone with great management skills and the ability to mentor junior staff whilst handling various projects.
  • A strategic thinker.
  • Strong leadership skills and past experience managing teams.
