The Role
As Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll take a leading role in managing commercial aspects of prestigious projects ranging from 50m to 150m in value. You'll leverage your expertise in JCT contracts to ensure commercial success while mentoring junior team members and building strong client relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in commercial JCT contract administration
- Proven track record on projects valued between 50m-150m
- Expertise in life science and manufacturing sectors
