We are delighted to be working with a Software company with decades of experience. They are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on a 12-month FTC to join their team full time. This role is hybrid and will be based in London with occasional travel to Cambridge.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Typical duties include:

  • Emailing customers and dealing with incoming calls
  • Negotiating fees
  • Assisting with enquiries from customers
  • Dealing with B2B and B2C customers
  • Working with the sales team to identify new expansion opportunities
  • Reporting to the head of sales
  • Upselling/cross-selling
  • Keeping a good level of administration
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders

Candidate specification:

  • Experience working within a sales environment
  • Ability to work with CRMs
  • Great IT skills (Office 365)
  • Be methodical and precise in your working
  • Have knowledge of Sales and Renewals processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
