Your new companyI have recently partnered with a fast-growing global technology company to recruit a Sales Director for the UK. They specialise in smart locker systems, empowering dynamic work environments. With over 1 million lockers online, they proudly collaborate with leading brands and enterprise clients.

Your new roleAs the Sales Director for the UK market, you will take a strategic and hands-on role in driving revenue growth by transitioning from a single-partner model to a combined direct and multipartner approach. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the UK sales team, and building strong relationships with both end clients and key partners.

This is a pivotal role in the company, accountable for expanding their footprint within the UK market and ensuring high client satisfaction. This role involves substantial interaction with senior executives at client organisations and coordinating cross-functionally within the business to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. The Sales Director will also be instrumental in hiring, developing, and leading a team of 2-3 high-performing sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. The hiring of sales professionals is running parallel to this role.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within technology or workplace solutions, with experience in managing a direct sales model alongside indirect partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing sales teams with a strong focus on achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and pivot as market dynamics evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of smart locker technology and flexible workplace solutions is advantageous.
