Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end production of high-level, content-rich events, including market research, concept development, and post-event evaluation.
• Develop compelling conference agendas that reflect current market trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities in the financial sector.
• Collaborate across teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure exceptional delegate and sponsor experiences.
• Foster relationships with key industry speakers, thought leaders, and strategic commercial partners.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Ideally 5-10 years of experience in B2B conference production, with a strong track record of successful events, particularly within the financial markets sector.
