We are working with a fantastic health membership organisation who are looking for an interim Events Specialist for a 9–12-month contract. A very reputable organisation with a busy events calendar year ahead, so please get in touch if this role sounds interesting!
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Lead, prepare and deliver the flagship conference event.
- Helping lead on the vision of the events with clear KPI’s and measurables.
- Liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation ensuring collaboration and relationships are strong.
- Working closely with the marketing team on helping produce relevant content for social media and the website to attract wider audiences.
- Assess and advice what changes need to be made with the right data being collected and how it’s stored and then used again for future events.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Worked on several conference events with subject matter experts.
- Experience of having helped create an events strategy.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management experience and dealing with a range of key audiences.
- Worked in a professional membership environment/health is desirable.
This role is a 9-12 month contract, 3 days a week (21 hours) paying FTE £61k pro rata (£36,635k equivalent)
