AV Manager - Independent Agency - London

The role:
- Bringing your expertise in AV, especially TV buying to the agency, and helping to upskill the team in this area whilst learning more about planning.
- Driving bespoke strategies for each client, regardless of budget, and ensure you are committed to negotiating the best deals for all clients.
- Educating clients, the wider team and agency on the latest developments in AV media channels, including sponsorship, CTV and Youtube.
- First point of contact for day to day client requests. Contributing and presenting plans and PCAs in client meetings, and ensuring you have a strong understanding of your clients' competitors.
- Producing implementational AV plans - showcasing agency tools and products to support channel and budget recommendations.
You:
- Are experienced in AV media buying, and looking to move into a more senior role in an agency with more exposure to planning.
- You are a creative thinker, with a focus on finding the best possible solutions for clients.
- Ability to challenge briefs, clients, and colleagues.
- Previous management experience.
- Strong numeracy, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Are passionate about getting the best deals for clients.
