Accounts Receivable Administrator Consultant - 6 month contract initially

£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Our client, a Real Estate Investment Manager is looking for an Accounts Receivable Consultant to join their AR team on an initial 3 month contract.

The successful Accounts Receivable Consultant will assist in posting receipts and reviewing debt listings.

Duties:

  • Assist the team with the bank reconciliation ensuring no aged items.
  • Maintain the Accounts Receivable inbox daily, making sure all queries are seen too.
  • Assist with creating the billing and unallocated cash reports.
  • Raise invoices through the system and chase outstanding debt.
  • Provide a professional and timely accounting service in respect of all cash receipt processing, billing and general cash management.
  • Support the team with the quarterly billing cycle.
  • Providing assistance to the Property Manager teams.
  • Handle the debtor reconciliations for the team.

Person Specification:

  • Prior experience of working within an Accounts Receivable team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work to deadlines
