Opportunity in London - Inhouse Administrator (Pensions)

Up to £35,000

I am working with a multi-national organisation who are looking to grow their pensions membership team.

The role is an In-house pension administration opportunity working with members DC & DB pensions. You will deal with transferring in / out of members pensions, auto enrolment, pension calculations, project work and members communication.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Pension administration: including calculations, carried out to expected time and quality standards
  • AVCs, new joiners, opt outs, executives, general data maintenance for all categories of member, refunds deferred pensions transfers in (DC),
  • Transfers out, ill-health retirements, retirement quotations, deaths in service/deferment/retirement
  • Adding and ceasing members to pensioner payroll, pension increases, tax queries
  • Auto enrolment, processing casework as required and resolving queries from members and businesses
  • Maintain good understanding of specific legislation, HMRC guidance, Scheme Rules and associated administrative processes and calculations.
  • Process and update individual/bulk member records from payroll interfaces
  • Generate standard systems reports as required.

Skills & Experience Required?

- Experienced administrator within pensions

- Have administered DC schemes (Knowledge of DB would also be desirable)

- Exposed to pension calculations
