Graduate Administrator (Financial Services)

Due to rapid growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Private Bank based in the City of London, as we seek a 2024 graduate who is looking to gain experience within finanial services. Our client is seeking a Client Onboarding Administrator to join their team to oversee the core functions of account opening and account amendments.

Duties of the Financial Services Administrator to include:

  • Assist in reviewing account-related documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Support the tracking of account amendments and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Help maintain and organize account-opening documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Support in sending screening results to the front office accurately and promptly.
  • Input client information into core banking systems under supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data management protocols.

Requirements of the successful Financial Services Administrator:

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Enthusiasm for learning about financial services and wealth management.
