This major London based international bank have an interesting & challenging role within their Agency Loans Middle office team. Applicants must have acquired considerable work experience within a Loans middle office function coupled with excellent Loan operations experience. Managing a team of 4-5 duties will include:- To ensure that all Loan facilities under the control of the middle office are serviced correctly and in a timely manner in accordance with the bank's policies/credit approvals/legal framework and compliance requirements. Maintaining up to date & accurate procedure manuals which precisely reflect the real day to day operations and market practices. Responsible for well structured staff training and adequate supervision of the team. Support the front office on new product and servicing of the deal. Manage an assigned syndicated loan facilities portfolio, and provide expert guidance to the less experienced members of the team.
