My City based Banking client is currently looking for aHands-On Desktop Support Team Managerto join their organisation on a permanent basis.
The basic salary is 90-95k plus benefits
TheHands-On Desktop Support Team Managerwill:
- Lead a team of 3 direct reports and approx. 20 members of staff overall.
- Have a banking or Finance background ideally
- Manage an annual investment and expense budget relative to the activities of the group.
- Works across the wider Infrastructure group - team managers, engineering staff and peers in the Customer Service Centre (CSC) function.
- Oversee the management of the day-to-day support experience, maintenance, and enhancement of the organisation's support environment - including Windows desktops and laptops, Citrix VDI solutions, mobile devices including Apple iPhone, iPad, and Android, Canon Uniflow Print system and MFD devices.
