Their innovative platform supports sales, marketing, and customer service, and is highly regarded for its scalability and versatility. To strengthen their top-performing DACH team, they are seeking a fluent German and English-speaking Account Executive to join their ranks.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth within the territory.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities through both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct qualification meetings with C-level executives to understand client needs.
  • Close deals and deliver revenue within either the SMB or Mid-Market sectors.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Partner with marketing and technology teams to refine and optimise sales strategies.
  • Lead online product demonstrations and occasional in-person presentations.
  • Leverage support from marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2-5 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with proven success.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting.
  • A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with standardised sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Spin).
  • Technically savvy, adaptable, and eager to grow.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
