- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth within the territory.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities through both inbound and self-sourced leads.
- Conduct qualification meetings with C-level executives to understand client needs.
- Close deals and deliver revenue within either the SMB or Mid-Market sectors.
- Engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Partner with marketing and technology teams to refine and optimise sales strategies.
- Lead online product demonstrations and occasional in-person presentations.
- Leverage support from marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- 2-5 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with proven success.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting.
- A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with standardised sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Spin).
- Technically savvy, adaptable, and eager to grow.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- A base salary of 40-60k
- First-year achievable OTE of 75-115k
