What You'll Be Doing
- Hunting for New Business - Identifying, negotiating and closing opportunities with key decision-makers.
- Understanding Client Needs - Conducting in-depth needs assessments and positioning the solution to align with strategic goals.
- Managing the Sales Cycle - Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Running Pilot Programmes - Ensuring successful implementation and demonstrating ROI in live client environments.
- Building Relationships - Establishing long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Driving Market Intelligence - Keeping up with industry trends to refine sales strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a B2B SaaS sales role - the ideal candidate will have strong experience of selling Legal Tech to in-house teams.
- Enterprise sales experience, comfortable managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-9 months).
- Excellent business acumen, relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes.
- A results-driven mindset - you take ownership, work autonomously and thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills - data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
