Key Responsibilities:• Develop New and Renewal Business: Drive revenue through organic growth and external sales strategies, ensuring profitable streams of new business.• Identify Commercial Opportunities: Leverage the existing high net worth client base to uncover commercial insurance opportunities.• Increase Referrals: Collaborate with various departments and dealerships to boost referrals for commercial insurance.• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant insurance laws and company policies.• Cross-Sell Products: Promote high net worth products like Motor & Household insurance to commercial clients.

Requirements:• Insurance Sales Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a strong background in customer service or client management.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities.• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.• Acturis Knowledge: Preferred but not essential.• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a client team.
