HEAD OF ACQUISITION

UP TO £100,000 + 20% BONUS

LONDON - 3 DAYS EVERY OTHER WEEK

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Acquisition to join a growing commercial team. This role is responsible for overseeing new customer acquisition across multiple distribution channels, including direct-to-consumer and co-brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, experienced in marketing within a regulated industry, and confident in managing acquisition strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the customer acquisition plan across all channels.

  • Advocate for acquisition initiatives internally, making the case for investment and driving prioritisation.

  • Identify new opportunities to grow acquisition volumes, whether through new marketing channels or commercial partnerships.

  • Own the financial promotions approval process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Lead reporting on acquisition performance, acting as the key spokesperson for results and upcoming activity at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in marketing within a regulated industry, ideally consumer credit.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and influence decision-making.

  • Expertise across multiple marketing channels, including digital, aggregators, display, search, and social.

  • Deep understanding of application processes and conversion drivers, with experience in optimising customer journeys.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage and influence internal and external partners.

  • Experience managing large budgets and third-party relationships.

  • Commercially minded, with the ability to build business cases for investment and prioritisation.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
