- Be the first point of contact for all new business enquiries – showcasing our brand, services, and space with confidence and knowledge
- Build strong internal relationships with Building Managers to increase viewings and sales conversions
- Manage and nurture key partnerships with agents, brokers, and third-party intermediaries
- Handle all inbound sales calls and enquiries, qualifying client needs and matching them with the perfect workspace solution
- Coordinate and book in viewings, streamlining the sales process and ensuring a seamless client experience
- Provide tailored follow-up and proactive outreach to maintain engagement and grow the sales pipeline
- Take ownership of small internal projects, helping the business adapt and respond to evolving commercial needs
- A confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or a fast-paced client-facing role
- Experience in property, lettings, commercial real estate, or serviced offices is a bonus
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
