Are you looking for a dynamic, people-focused role where no two days are the same? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a high-performing team within a thriving and fast-paced business.This is a maternity cover position with immediate impact – ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and represent our brand with confidence and professionalism.The Role:
  • Be the first point of contact for all new business enquiries – showcasing our brand, services, and space with confidence and knowledge
  • Build strong internal relationships with Building Managers to increase viewings and sales conversions
  • Manage and nurture key partnerships with agents, brokers, and third-party intermediaries
  • Handle all inbound sales calls and enquiries, qualifying client needs and matching them with the perfect workspace solution
  • Coordinate and book in viewings, streamlining the sales process and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Provide tailored follow-up and proactive outreach to maintain engagement and grow the sales pipeline
  • Take ownership of small internal projects, helping the business adapt and respond to evolving commercial needs
What We’re Looking For:
  • A confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or a fast-paced client-facing role
  • Experience in property, lettings, commercial real estate, or serviced offices is a bonus 
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
