We are a leading British luxury ambient lighting company specialising in hand crafted and bespoke lighting. With a reputation for excellence, we collaborate with renowned interior designers, architects, lighting design studios on prestige projects across the world.We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to increase sales and strengthen relationships with key clients in London and the South East.RoleThe Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with interior designers, architects, and lighting design studios.This is a pivotal role where exceptional sales and communication skills will be key to identifying new opportunities, upselling, and exceeding targets. This role will report directly to the CEO.This is a sales role and we expect you to be in front of customer 3-4 days per week utilising our showroom and being face to face with customers and prospects within their studio’s whilst attending key industry events to seek opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Increase sales by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and maximising revenue from existing accounts and prospective customers.- Ensure a high level of communication, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring our lighting solutions meet their needs.- Manage your quote pipeline, clarity on project delivery and ensuring we are maintained on specification, tracking and closing the order when passed over for procurement to third party companies.- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the uniqueness and value of our lighting collection.- Follow up with customers post-delivery seeking opportunities to strengthen our relationship - Work closely with the design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.- Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO on account performance and opportunities for growth.RequirementsStrong experience in the interior sector, ideally with a background in high-end lighting or luxury interiors.Proven ability to sell and upsell, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients.A strong communicator who is a personable and approachable individual who excels at building relationships and networking.A strong understanding of the needs and project workflows of interior designers, architects, lighting design studios and other customers within the market.A results-driven individual who can identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive action.Willingness to consistently travel within London and the Southeast to meet with clients and attend networking events.Highly experienced in CRM and Microsoft Office BenefitsCompetitive SalaryHealthy Commission SchemeEmployee perks scheme28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, (1 additional days holiday for every two years’ service up to an additional 5 days)Christmas Shutdown on the companyTax free one off payment for long service award
