My client - a rapidly growing financial services start-up is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to drive forward their marketing initiatives.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a unique solution that addresses complex challenges within financial enterprises. Using advanced digital interaction analysis, the platform combats market manipulations and fosters a healthier workplace environment.

The Marketing team values collaboration, creativity, and strategic thinking. This newly created role is crucial for leading marketing efforts across the EMEA and APAC regions, supporting global sales enablement initiatives.

What you will actually do -

  • Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans to support account-based sales objectives in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Plan and manage regional marketing events, trade shows, roundtables, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Gen, North America Field, and Marketing teams to build and execute a yearly strategy for driving target account engagement.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the liaison between Product Marketing and Product teams, actively contributing to the development and refinement of positioning and messaging guides.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance sales performance globally.
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.
  • Support regional sales teams with social media content to position them as industry experts.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest product knowledge.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for sales teams in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Provide on-ground support and marketing expertise to local sales teams.
  • Work closely with the product marketing, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration, smart launches, and creative positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities and sales enablement strategies.

What you will need -

  • 5+ years experience in marketing within Financial Services or Regtech or Fintech companies.
  • A strong understanding of EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Extensive event management experience.
  • Strong content creation experience.
  • A proven background in sales enablement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA and APAC regions.

This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £90,000, depending on experience, along with a discretionary bonus, share options, and hybrid working arrangements - 2 days in the office each week.
