Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Supplier Management:Oversee the day-to-day performance of Strategic Suppliers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Governance & Collaboration:Chair key governance forums and collaborate across departments to tackle service issues and drive improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the vital link between business needs and supplier capabilities, managing expectations and escalations effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement recovery plans for any performance gaps.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing suppliers with contract values above £30 million.
  • Strong background in ITIL-based technical IT services delivery and incident management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse complex data to drive service improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation (desirable).
  • CIPS or Supplier Management Qualifications.
