Regional Sales Executive – Up to £45k plus company car and profit share

Covering: London, Southeast, Southwest

Office is based in Thurrock, Essex (2 visits monthly)

This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

You will need to have previous experience within Electrical Wholesalers or Buying Groups.. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for sales and customer service, and an eagerness to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned regions.
  • Regularly visit customers to provide support, gather feedback, and drive sales.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams during office meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Effectively manage your schedule and appointments to optimise time and coverage.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous sales experience in Electrical Wholesalers/Buying Groups essential
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident, personable, and passionate about customer service and sales.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and needs.
