We are looking for a Retail Account Manager to join an incredible Personal Care Brand. This role will focus on growing and enhancing presence in the retail sector and increasing B2B Partnerships. Candidates with experience and strong connections within the beauty industry will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and establishing partnerships with potential retailers and strategic partners.
  • Conducting in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with retail partners to secure beneficial opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams—such as marketing, product development, and finance—to implement business strategies.
  • Tracking and assessing the performance of business initiatives and making adjustments as needed.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key retail partners, including major retailers, distributors, and resellers.
  • Developing joint marketing and promotional campaigns with retail partners to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
  • Analyzing retail sales data to identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Resolving any issues raised by retail partners in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing product training and support to retail partners to ensure effective representation and sales of our products.
  • Processing purchase orders and managing invoices and credit notes for retailers.
