Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Manage key accounts and foster positive, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
  • Represent the company at retail industry events.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Prepare reports on account status and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest retail industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Regular trips to Istanbul to visit the team and factory.

Profile

A successful Sales and Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role and/or a buying role within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
