Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Manage key accounts and foster positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Represent the company at retail industry events.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Prepare reports on account status and sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with latest retail industry trends and competitor activities.
- Regular trips to Istanbul to visit the team and factory.
Profile
A successful Sales and Account Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role and/or a buying role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
